Well I didn't win with my wheelie bin,
I've been fined 110 pounds,
Open 4 inches in height, 4 inches that's right,
This really is as silly as it sounds.

That's £25 per inch, the fine made me flinch,
it's more costly than going to the moon.
The world has gone mad, these people are sad,
let's hope they change this rule very soon.
